Charles Marshall
Founder, President
Charles is a tax consultant and owns Marshall Tax and Consulting Services, LLC, a tax preparation and tax planning firm. He is a graduate of Antioch College and U.C.L.A. School of Law. At heart, Charles is a community organizer, having spent many years organizing people around issues such as redlining and other unfair banking policies, and environmental rights. Charles is deeply passionate about organizing community and youth development programs that positively impact lives. It was Charles' vision that led to the founding of Support Sports in Sierra Leone. Reflecting his global perspective, Charles proudly holds dual citizenship in the United States and Sierra Leone. He resides in Fairburn, Georgia.

Charles is a distinguished Board Member with a unique blend of academic prowess and entrepreneurial spirit. He is a proud Florida A&M University and Howard University School of Law alumni. Playing tennis and watching tennis being played is Charles' passion. Currently calling Douglasville, Georgia home, Charles Ward embodies the essence of a multifaceted individual driven by excellence in his personal and professional endeavors.
Valerie Chinn
Secretary
Valerie is an innovative problem solver and business owner having an impressive 30-plus year career working in various spheres including corporate America, IT, and the legal field. Valerie is a graduate of Auburn University, Southern Polytechnic State University, and Atlanta's John Marshall School of Law. She is a diverse professional having worked in multiple roles including corporate trainer, programmer/analyst, online algebra instructor, and contract attorney. She currently helps people in the areas of debtor defense, family law, and estate planning at Chinn Law Firm, LLC. Valerie owns Finding Your Happily Ever After, LLC, a faith-based organization committed to encouraging people experiencing divorce and the challenges that come with divorce and single parenting. Valerie is passionate about helping others become the best versions of themselves. She resides in metropolitan Atlanta and is a proud, dual citizen of Sierra Leone and the United States.
Dori Massey-Turay
Treasurer
Dori Massey-Turay is the owner of Stafford Lodge Hotel in Freetown, Sierra Leone, and Salone Hidden Gems, a travel and tour agency, also based in Freetown. Dori studied at Alabama State University. Dori worked for 20-plus years for a state agency in the United States, married a Sierra Leonean, and moved to Sierra Leone to pursue her entrepreneurial dreams. Beyond her business endeavors, she is passionate about track and field, a sport that fuels her drive for excellence and competition. Residing in Freetown, Sierra Leone, Dori is a dual citizen of the United States and Sierra Leone.
Vince Dorvil
Board Member
Vince Dorvil, brings a dynamic blend of education and professional experience to the organization's board. He is a proud graduate of the City University of New York, which laid the groundwork for his career as a Product Marketing Director. Vince is deeply passionate about initiatives that empower underserved communities, a commitment that resonates strongly with his dual citizenship in the United States and Sierra Leone. While residing in Atlanta, Georgia, Vince remains connected to global issues and actively contributes to projects that drive positive change.
Joseph Kaifala

Joseph Kaifala has a stellar academic background having studied at Skidmore College, Syracuse University, and graduating from the Vermont Law School. He currently serves as the Chairman of the Monuments and Relics Commission in Freetown, Sierra Leone, demonstrating his commitment to preserving cultural heritage. Beyond his official duties, Joseph is a multifaceted individual: an author, lecturer, and impassioned human rights activist. His residence in Freetown not only underscores his deep connection to his community but also serves as a testament to his dedication to effecting positive change within Sierra Leone and beyond.
Abdul Kadia
Sports Information Officer
Abdul Kadia, serves as the organization's Sports Information Officer, bringing a wealth of expertise and dedication to the team. Having studied at the Institute of Public Administration and Management, Abdul has honed his skills in effectively disseminating information. His passion lies in sharing compelling sports narratives with his fellow Sierra Leoneans and a global audience. Based in Freetown, Sierra Leone, Abdul is committed to serving his community and contributing to the vibrant sports culture of the nation
